im sure everyone knows this one, i get to 1.2 mill exp for survivor and GW has that sound glitch error and i log back on with a death, i was about to QQ and laugh at same time

My two biggest "OMG" moments in guild wars were one after the other, and were minutes after I joined ZoS. I was in the guild hopping business and I happened to play with a ZoS member in RA, who I thought was pretty cool and we got along well (Funny Story: turns out the guy leaves 1 week after I join). But anyway, I asked if I could join, he says sure, just apply on the site. I applied on the site, was interviewed on vent, and accepted. The first thing I do is say hello to all of my new guildies. Care to take a guess who the first person to reply was? Gaile Grey. Needless to say that was pretty unexpected, and I was stunned. A few minutes later, I switch to the alliance tab in the guild window only to find that our alliance members were all top-20 GvG guilds, and was again left speechless. It was pretty awesome going to [rawr], [dR], [mkay], [baby] et. al's guild hall after watching them on Observer mode for as long as I've played guildwars. Not to menton getting emote spiked by a handful of people from [rawr], I have a screenshot of it lying around on a different computer.

When I was mapping the bonus area of Dunes of Despair I eventually died. Fortunately the henchies came to rez me, but there was no possible way for them to reach me. They just teleported towards me.

Most times when my pet or one of the heroes / henchies were stuck at a shrine. (And I of course did not notice until I was far away...)

my only wtf moment i can remember was about the early days in gw and one of the first fow pugs i ever did
we had a good mixed team with different builds what they normally used but it worked great
we had a w/mo and when we where at the forest
we where fighting a mob
and after the fight we noticed the warrior was gone
according to the party window he got killed but his body wasn't there
and because he didn't say anything we continued the quest for forge
when we got at the gates his body was there and appearently he tried to solo tank those shadows with us at the other side of the map^^
doesn't goes well with only banish and some newb axe skills
ah well long time ago i had a wtf moment

Reading all these posts reminded me of another lolwtf GW's moment from over 2 years ago. I was in a great guild called Americaz Most Wanted[AmW] and we recruited a guy called Bill who was really into farming/buying/selling Sorrow's Furnace green weapons. He usually kept to himself but one time he took us guildies on a SF farming run. We killed Bortak and he drops not one, but two green items (the wand and offhand) which was extremely rare. Even more unlikely, they both dropped for me! Bill mutters something like "do you know how long I've been trying to get those damn things to drop?", and the next day he had quit the guild. I can't help thinking it was because of me lol.

I can't think of my best but I remember one that happened recently.

Yesterday i learned how to do HFFF, and I decided to do it myself on my ranger. I checked my hero list and realized I didn't have an Assassin hero. I thought I would run to Gunner's Hold really quick a grab Anton (you may notice at this point my mistake

). I had done some RA ealier and GWs was running fine. I arrived at Gunner's hold and proceded to do the Norn Fighting Tourny (have you found it yet

). After going through the tourney once and no Anton, I went back to Gunner's Hold and experienced the worst lag of my 2 years of Guild Wars. It was terrible. less than 1 fps, 100k average ping (or something like that). I had no idea what its problem was. Plus, it continued like this for an hour as I struggled through the tourny, looking for Anton. I eventually gave up and mapped to Kamadan to get Zenmai. My lag was mostly gone by this point. Half way through the quest i realized Zenmai wasn't max level, and at this time I really didn't want to level her up. I went on wiki to check out both heroes and smacked myself when I realized Anton wasn't one of the heroes you get from the tourny.

1 hour of RA, and another hour of horrible lag trying to accomplish an impossible goal. I laughed much that night

few minutes later he's saying i should remove my party search i placed, i put "wtb condoms" for lolz in trade
so the guy says it's inappropriate and says he reported me for inappropriate behaviour

I have had many, but mostly have forgotten them.

The most recent was doing some lame SS/LB point farming with my henchies.

I got to the sapphires as soon as my HH were finishing them off. Low and behold, drop: Gold Fellblade, i pick it up, req 9 and woot inscribable. I have played all of GW hard areas as well for 3 years and I get my best drop ridin' the wurms. LOLZ.

Mine is happened earlier in gvg, we were pushed back into our base, our flag runner had previously repaired our catapult...other team tries to repair the catapult and accidently fire it wiping 6/8 out:P

needless to say,the other team won.

Just did DoA Foundry with a physical based group. We were down to the last few Dementias on the first snake, then we got down to 1 (with the Monks and one of the Assassins alive). As soon as the Dementia dies, he also uses Mystic Sandstorm while conveniently places next to a Monk with res scrolls that dies at the exact same time as the last kill.

Back when Factions came out I rushed it with my new necro in 2 days for the rest of the weeks i was farming Ghials Staff nvr got the drop must have solo'd him 100+ times. A week later I'm taking my buddy through the game we go and kill Ghial cause hes a necro and needs Flesh Golem and low and behold he gets Ghials Staff... I was so pissed I actually stopped playing my necro for awhile.

I also was farming trolls one time back before factions and I got a R8 max damage Gold fellblade ( unfortunatly I forgot you could swap mods) unknowingly id'd it got a Fellblade of Pruning and I totally salvaged it.. 15^50% too...

If I could kick myself in the balls.. I totally would, some good came of it I found a clean R8 fellblade shortly after no inscription but I put a furious/fortitude combo on it and i still have it to this day!

had a guy PM me saying "want a req9 dryad bow for like very little"? - don't think he was english ^^ or stupid ^^

so PM back saying "how much"
he said "come out of town and I'll show you"
was bored so followed for a laugh ^^
he went outside said "5k plz" I opened trade added wasn't paying attention...didn't notice he'd not added bow and just accepted...he then proceeded to drop then bow and map....PM saying "haha noob I stole ure money" he dropped the bow I sat there going OMG and lol'in at how he thought he still had his bow...wonder what he said when he realised it was gone?
taking bets on "O F$%K F$%K F$%K" or some other expletive ^^

also I have no idea how but managed to do 6quests in FoW with 5trappers 1BHA 2monk - 1 was smite 1 was healing hands....

<<<have no idea how we managed that....managed to do all of forge then BHA went AFK and we failed lol....that was a good 2h well spent...trapping FoW ftw
